Rolling Books is a social enterprise to promote the reading experience. With the concept of mobile pop-up libraries and events, we are bringing interactive and engaging reading activities to schools and caring communities, aiming to inspire children to seek lifelong companionship with books. We partner with a diversity of organisations for innovation projects to promote reading accessibility and sustainable knowledge, aiming to connect a new generation of readers in the challenging digital age.
Products and Services
- "Rolling School": We provide a series of surprising reading shows, including Reading Carnival in the School Hall, Reading Activities in the Classroom, Experiential Learning for Secondary Schools and College, and Outdoor Reading Activities. An all-time first-pick drama company by the school, Sentiment Clown, has already collaborated with us to provide more than 200 picture book adaption performances in schools.
- “Mobile Reading Experience”: Towing the stories and dreams to every corner of the city, our THREE book trucks provide a joyful reading experience and keep books circulated by massive book-collecting and book-crossing.
- “Rolling Publishing”: Based on our sophistatic experience in parent-child reading promotion, we published an award-winning multi-sensory picture book, “The Gift Beyond”, with the Audio Description Association Hong Kong in 2022 and also published a widely acclaimed popular book this year. We aim to publish publications with aesthetics, delight and social meanings with the friends of social welfare and social innovation sectors.
