小店寶庫的兩位創辦人Vanessa 及Melody 在大學一年級，18、19歲的時候創立了小店寶庫City's Treasure，以「小店為本．一脈相承，情繫社區生活」的概念獲得第一份啟動基金，同時亦招募了年紀相約的十多位青年朋友加入小店寶庫的大家庭。

每個地方都有自己傳統文化，如何把這些傳統帶入社區，連結不同群組，甚至不同的年齡層呢? 我們 山.海.關. 就是積極把這中國傳統食療及養生文化，和大家產生連，透過多元化及跨行業的合作，令我們學習傳統知識之餘，亦可創造新的交流範疇，進而帶入社區學校等，建立社會共融。
