Y Care (North District) is a social enterprise that provides diverse professional services in "home care" and "health management." The services include:

1. *Cognitive Training Academy* - Offers various types of cognitive stimulation courses and activities to comprehensively enhance the physical, mental, and spiritual well-being of individuals with cognitive impairments, enabling them to maintain independence and enjoy a healthy and fulfilling life within their families and communities.

2. *Home Care and Support Services* - Develops personalized home care and support plans for elderly individuals, people with disabilities, and patients in need, allowing users to remain in their familiar communities while maintaining a good quality of life, thereby alleviating the burden on caregivers.

3. *Health Community Club* - Provides various forms of fitness training courses and activities for the community, promoting physical and mental wellness and reducing the stress caused by busy lifestyles.
