To change the traditional setting of an elderly community support service into a mutual benefit's community support protection scheme; ；Able young retired elderly is recruited as volunteer caregiver to promote the community spirit of mutual help among the elderly and to enlarge their social net； Accrued service hours can exchange for future needs.
