We are a social enterprise with the objective of empowering people through employment.
Our teams are professionally trained employment partners and recruiters, with lived experience of disability. They support the careers of our customers (people with disabilities) and accompany our clients (employers) in their inclusion efforts. We partner with public, academic, corporate, and not-for-profit sectors to ensure maximal impact.
To be a sustainable force of change, we operate with a charitable heart and a business mind. WISE strives for financial self-sufficiency by competing in the market for employment services and advisory. We deliver business value - with social impact at the front of mind - and reinvest our profits in the business and community.

Products and Services

Our customers may seek our professional help - free of charge - to accompany them in their careers. We provide employment opportunities, confidence building, training, advice, and accompany them along their career. We focus on skills and aspirations first (not disability). With this approach, we help customers confidently speak about their adjustment needs and secure meaningful, quality employment. Our clients are employers who need to attract, onboard, and retain talent. We provide them access to our talent pool, to find the most suitable candidates (with the right skillsets) for their business needs. With our guidance they are able to confidently become disability inclusive employers with equitable and accessible working environments and culture.
