DoctorNow NEEDS, a platform, provides a matching service for suitable doctors to visit elderly residents in local nursing homes through an online platform. Within half an hour after the consultation, medications are delivered to the facility. In appropriate cases, elderly individuals can also access video consultation services, allowing them to have face-to-face conversations with doctors and seek medical advice without leaving their homes.

In addition, the collaborating doctors of DoctorNow NEEDS offer various other medical services, including facility rounds, holiday consultations, specialized consultations, annual check-ups for the elderly, and restraint assessments.

The doctors are also able to provide referrals for individuals in need of medical examinations, physical therapy/occupational therapy, nutritionists, dental care, and specialized consultations (such as psychiatry).

Products and Services
