happeriod is Hong Kong's first one-stop online platform for menstrual education and products. We focus on introducing the most up-to-date menstrual products to Hong Kong and building a supportive environment for menstruators to share experience and to learn about our bodies. Through debunking social norms on menstruation and making menstruation a popular topic, our goals are to help menstruators find their suitable menstrual products, to build a menstrual friendly society and to promote bodily autonomy. Join us in breaking barriers and embracing a new era of menstrual health.
Products and Services
happeriod aims to tackle menstrual stigma in Hong Kong and increase social awareness of menstrual
health. The project includes a period-friendly workplace program to encourage public and private organizations providing diverse menstrual products to and holding related activities for their staff, and an online menstrual health course to provide comprehensive information to people who menstruate. Organizations would be invited to sponsor subscriptions of the courses to empower the grassroots with positive menstrual education. Together with a newly designed e-shop and other offline events, an energetic and encouraging menstrual-friendly community is to be built to promote menstrual equity across different sectors.
