Together with our team of trainers from over 20 nationalities and culture sharers from over 100 different countries, ICE works to connect people from all walks of life. We provide an inclusive playground for global learning through authentic dialogues and exchanges, challenging unconscious racial biases, and building intercultural friendships while fostering curiosity, empathy, and respect.

– Intercultural dialogue and experience – To nurture global citizens by providing knowledge of world events and issues, and in appreciation of multiple perspectives through dialogue, art, experiential learning, site visits, and more.
– Connection to global networks– Build a diverse, global youth network to connect students, passionate individuals, educators, organisations and government agencies.
– Capacity development and skills trainings – To provide high quality cross-cultural sensitivity, intercultural competency and soft skills training. Equip participants with Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) knowledge to inspire them to become changemakers in their workplace and society.
– Mentoring and coaching – Train the trainers and provide opportunities for passionate individuals to be future global leaders and social entrepreneurs.
