- The Enhancing Self-Reliance Through District Partnership Programme
Tai O Cultural and Ecological Integrated Resource Centre is the Social Enterprise set up by Hong Kong Young Women’s Christian Association (HKYWCA). We aim to promote the cultural and ecological education of Tai O through the eco-tourism. In our experiential programs, local residents become the instructors. Their skills and knowledge of Tai O are further developed and transformed into the valuable skills.
Through the programs, local residents especially those elderly, women, and youths are employed; the sustainable development of Tai O are promoted.
