Serving Children and Adolescents having developmental issues by providing below Services:
1. Parental services: Promote self-help home courses to help parents of autistic or SEN (Special Education Needs) children to teach their children and grow together with their children. Walk side by side with parents and provide various supports.
2. Children's services: Provide diversified services for autistic or SEN (Special Education Needs) children to achieve whole-person development.
3. Holistic care: Co-ordinate with church to care for and pastor families with autistic or SEN(Special Education Needs) children, and build up families under Christianity values.
4. Community Education: Promote the education of inclusion and mutual love in the community and recognize the needs of families with autism or SEN(Special Education Needs) children.

Products and Services

LPC-CAD offers therapeutic services and development opportunities including: 1. Large muscle co-ordination activity group and desktop training 2. Preschool Development Group 3. Support network for families with ASD/SEN children 4. Employment and vocational training opportunities, as follows: -ASD/SEN school graduates -Parents and carers of children with ASD/SEN -People who have difficulty finding jobs due to limited education and skills - Elderly and retired people
