Char Yoga & Wellness is Hong Kong’s first mind-body yoga and handcraft studio with an extra focus on cancer warriors. Our social mission is to promote a balanced and healthier life for all individuals, especially cancer warriors who need long-term rehab - not just physically but also in mind and spirit. The 1200 square-foot social enterprise studio is spacious, full of sunlight, and cozy. Some of our yoga and handcraft teachers are also cancer warriors, thus, we truly understand and empathize with what other cancer warriors have gone through and are able to provide valuable support.
Products and Services
We offer wellness classes every day, from Monday to Sunday, with close to 30 different group classes every month to choose from, including mat yoga, aerial yoga, wheel yoga, singing bowl, and meditation. Our wellness programs also extend to a series of handcraft certificate and interest classes that encompass handcraft candle and soap classes and magnetic massage workshop.
