‘Food Sharing’ x ‘Naked Shopping’ Community Hub Greeners Fusion is the first ‘naked shopping’ store operated by the environmental organization Greeners Action in Hong Kong. Greeners Action has been promoting a food-sharing program in the Sha Tin district, collecting leftover vegetables and bread from vendors and distributing them to low-income individuals. We leased a store in Lek Yuen Plaza in 2021 to promote the “food sharing” and "naked shopping" culture. We distribute food at night and transform into a retail store and workshop during the day, bringing environmental concepts to the community. We sell local grains, oils, condiments, cleaning supplies, and daily necessities, encouraging citizens to bring their own containers to shop, advocating waste reduction at the source, and promoting environmental concepts. Community women serve as naked shopping ambassadors, jointly promoting the naked shopping culture, encouraging customers to bring their own containers to shop, reducing waste at the source, and leading a new shopping trend.
