Rooted within the Haven of Hope Hospital, we have been serving the hospital, different care homes, and residents in the Tseung Kwan O area for many years, accompanying the development of the community and supporting people with various needs.

The "Haven of Hope Convenience Store" is not a typical convenience store selling beverages, food, and daily necessities. The name "convenience store" is intended to make it easier for our customers. Through our years of rich operational experience, we deeply understand the difficulties and pressures faced by our target customers - "carer". Carers are often already physically and mentally exhausted from caring for patients, and having to search for medical, nursing, and rehabilitation supplies can add further strain.

Therefore, our service philosophy is: "One-stop shopping for all the required medical, nursing, and rehabilitation supplies", which conveniently enables caregivers to devote more time and attention to the patients, truly caring for their needs.

Products and Services

Service Philosophy "Ho Easy" upholds the philosophy of the "Haven of Hope Convenience Store", focusing on the convenience of carers. Aligned with the rapid development of information technology, it allows customers to "one-stop shop for all the required medical, nursing, and rehabilitation supplies" at the online store, without the need to visit the physical store. "2" Concepts The "Easy" in "Ho Easy" not only means convenience for carers to easily purchase the required items, but also carries the connotation of the second concept. The Christian Ling Lam Association is committed to practicing the "helping others-helping oneself" philosophy through the operation of the online store. The first concept, "helping others", is to assist carers by making it easier for them to acquire the necessary supplies, thereby reducing the pressure they face. The second concept, "helping oneself", is to promote the employment of persons with disabilities. As the online shopping culture has flourished, the demand for logistics services has also significantly increased. "Ho Easy" employs and provides internship opportunities for persons with disabilities to work in warehousing or logistics, enabling them to showcase their strengths, establish a work role, understand the meaning of work, and thereby enhance their quality of life and integrate into society.
