Social Enterprise Ltd was founded on July 4, 2010, and is registered under the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 32). It operates as a public charitable organization, enjoying tax exemption under section 88 of the Inland Revenue Ordinance. Additionally, it is a member of the Hong Kong Council of Social Service and the China Green Building HK Council.
