Since the end of 2015, the Association has launched the ‘ARE Wisdom’ HR Intermediary Social Enterprise Project, which aims to assist people aged 50 or above to find employment. The programme helps the elderly stay active and utilise their professional skills by providing employment opportunities and training.
Products and Services
The project provides a one-stop job matching service to enable enterprises, entrepreneurs, charitable organisations and social enterprises to employ aged 50 or above retirees with medium-to-high level of knowledge and experience and a high degree of job stability at an affordable price.
