TI Farm launched by SideBySide in April 2017, is committed to providing employment opportunities and vocational training for person in recovery(PIR). It involves a diverse range of job types, including planting, marketing, logistics, guided tours, handicrafts, and education.

The aim is to allow person in recovery to better understand and personally experience the feeling of reintegrating into community through participating in various on-the-job training. The cultivation site also welcomes schools, community groups and the general public to make advance reservations for visits, where the PIR will lead tours to introduce modern agricultural technology and hydroponic systems, allow them to experience crop cultivation, and participate in various handicraft workshops to support local handmade products.

Products and Services

TI Farm provides the community with healthy, safe and fresh assorted vegetables. In addition, it also regularly organizes indoor planting guided tours and environmental protection workshops to promote public awareness of indoor planting and the inclusion of people with disabilities. We also hosts guided tours and workshops, providing guided services for indoor hydroponic planting; the specialty workshops allow participants to experience different themed handicrafts.
