Founded in 2021, Time To Gold is an award-winning social enterprise committed to preserving traditional pastry culture, empowering women, and enhancing the quality of life for elderly individuals.
We proudly hire elderly women, providing them with meaningful employment opportunities in the art of pastry-making. In addition to our culinary endeavors, we host experiential workshops for organizations and schools. These workshops offer a unique platform to engage with our pastry culture, fostering appreciation and understanding while promoting intergenerational learning.
Products and Services
We operate one factory and 3 boutiques, which are located in Aberdeen, K11 Art Mall in Tsim Sha Tsui, Mall V Walk in Nam Cheong, and Luk Yeung Galleria in Tsuen Wan. From traditional pastries, to snacks and drinks, we launched more than 50 products. By rebranding, repackaging and adding new flavors, we successfully revitalized traditional pastries to attract younger customers and tourists. One of our popular products Lava Custard Sago Cake, embodied with the slightly sweetened custard fillings, adding the lava coconut milk would be surprisingly delicious.
