For online, our webpage and social platforms will serve as the "Small Shop Encyclopedia" to share Hong Kong small shops’ information, local history and cultural stories. At the same time, we launched a mobile app, hoping to build a community network for loyal customers of local small shops. For offline, we cooperate with different organizations to organize small shop guided tours so that participants can learn more about the local history and stories of small shops in Hong Kong. Our services include: Tour ambassador training – allow youngsters to learn about tour guiding through storytelling and sharing; CT youth intern mentoring programme – encourage youth to participate in company planning and promotion with mentors’ guidance; Small shops and culture tours – allow participants to communicate with small shop owners and listen to their stories and experiences; Participate in public welfare activities – create small shops-themed souvenirs and games to support the local shopping experience.
