Funded by the Home Affairs Department's "Enhancing Self-Reliance Through District Partnership Programme" the Lok Sin Tong Kai Bo Meal Service Centre has been providing high-quality nutritious meal services to the elderly and those in need since its operation began in January 2014. Additionally, it offers employment and training opportunities to low-skilled young and middle-aged individuals in the community.

Nutritional meal delivery services for the elderly and those in need, with an average of 3,500 meal delivery services provided monthly to those in need.
Takeaway meal services for office workers and groups, with over 7,000 meals sold.
Catering services for festivals and events for corporations, groups, and schools, offering a variety of Western and Chinese party foods to provide more diverse services.
