Established in 2014, La Violet Education Consultants Ltd. (“LVE”) is a social enterprise that promotes creative education and supports young people in pursuing and realizing their dreams. We encourage young people to understand social issues, strengthen their connection with the society, and inspire them to live their lives to the fullest and contribute to the society in their best positions.
Products and Services
We have collaborated with over 200 primary and secondary schools on education programmes with four pillars namely Dream, Creativity, Social and Career. Programs delivered include Design Thinking & Social Innovation, STEAM & MAKER, Career & Life Planning, and Lego Serious Play. We have also organized overseas social innovation trips for tertiary institutions, including the HKU, HKUST, and IVE.
Our clients and supporting organizations include CLP, Mitsubishi Electric Hong Kong, Lee Hysan Foundation, PwC HK, UBS, HSBC, Oxfam HK, Dialogue Experience, etc. LVE also provides staff training for school teachers, social workers and corporate staff on experiential learning, staff engagement and social innovation with the tools of Design Thinking and Lego Serious Play.
