Under Production

Founded in 2015, Under Production is committed to developing a job matching platform for young people who intend to join the creative industries. Through participating in various social projects, young people could have a deeper understanding of the industries and the society.

Over 400 creative talents have been nurtured in the past years. They came from various secondary schools and tertiary institutions, including The University of Hong Kong, The Chinese University of Hong Kong, City University of Hong Kong, the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Hong Kong Baptist University, IVE, etc. Meanwhile, we have provided over 1,000 internship and employment opportunities. Our key partners come from a wide range of fields, including the Government Bodies, Educational Institutes, NGOs and Commercial sectors such as the Labour and Welfare Bureau, The Hong Kong Housing Society, The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Lee Hysan Foundation, Christian Service, Jockey Club, Wofoo Group, Golden Age Foundation, Education for Good, Caritas Hong Kong, HKCSS, Dialogue Experience, GCSE, The Wave, theDesk, Universe Entertainment Management, MTR and FrancFranc, etc.
