- "Enhancing Employment of People with Disabilities Through Small Enterprise" Project
The association received funding from the Social Welfare Department's "Enhancing Employment of People with Disabilities through Small Enterprise" program and opened " Association for Engineering and Medical Volunteer Services – Clean Laundry" in August 2004, which provides a double-win service: 1) creating employment opportunities for people with disabilities, 2) Provide customers with quality laundry services.
Clean Laundry services are highly supported by customers and now provide various types of laundry services to residents of different housing estates, street residents, nursing homes, and many large-scale property companies.
Products and Services
Association for Engineering and Medical Volunteer Services – Clean Laundry provides students with an upward ladder and mainly employs people with disabilities. Our services include: wet cleaning, dry cleaning, folding, ironing, quilt baking, door-to-door delivery, etc...
