Rhys Workshop is a Hong Kong community sewing workshop that specializes in Adaptive clothing and the upcycling of old garments.

Rhys integrates love and respect into the design, creating functional and aesthetic adaptive clothing for the elderly and the disabled, not only to ease their daily struggles but also to elevate their self-esteem and confidence ,and making it easier for carers to assist their family members in dressing, alleviating the pressure of caregiving and reducing the risk of injuries during the cloth-changing process.

Meanwhile, we are offering one-stop ESG solutions to corporates including fabric recycling and material procurement, product design, product manufacturing, and experiential workshops, to create greater social impact and promote sustainable development.

The current production team is composed of underprivileged women and people with disabilities. We have created a work environment that values flexibility and accommodates their unique skills and personal circumstances. We offer opportunities for handcrafting, sewing, and sew-at-home arrangements, allowing them to leverage their strengths and establish an independent and self-reliant life.
