The Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups (HKFYG) was founded in 1960 and is now the city’s largest youth service organisation. For the past six and a half decades, it has been committed to serving the youth of Hong Kong by providing a variety of services, activities and programmes, which have an annual attendance of over 4.5 million. We encourage youth to reach their fullest potential, and with community support, we now have over 90 service units. We also have 12 core services, which include the Youth S.P.O.Ts, M21 Multimedia Services, Employment Services, Youth at Risk Services, Counselling Services, Parenting Services, Leadership Training, Volunteer Services, Education Services, Creativity Education and Youth Exchange, Leisure, Cultural and Sports Services, and Research and Publications. Our aim is to motivate young people to grow into responsible and dutiful citizens and we now have over 260,000 registered volunteers and over 500,000 registered members. We believe that our motto HKFYG • Here for You reaffirms our commitment and dedication to the young people of Hong Kong.

Products and Services

Coffee Lane is an innovative social enterprise that brings together coffee culture and co-learning. Guided by the concept of “COFFEE × CO-LEARN × CONNECT,” it is a welcoming “Learning Lane” where young people can connect, exchange ideas, and grow through creativity, collaboration, and shared learning.

We believe that a good cup of coffee is more than a sensory pleasure—it can be the starting point for meaningful thoughts and conversations. At Coffee Lane, specialty coffee, signature drinks, and light meals come together naturally with co-learning activities and community connections. Visitors can slow down to read and reflect, or exchange ideas through salons, workshops, and sharing sessions. Along the way, they can learn and grow alongside young people from diverse backgrounds, creative practitioners, and community partners.

Coffee Lane is more than just a café. It is a learning space where people can pause, reflect, and find inspiration before embarking on their next chapter. Through coffee, we build connections across the community and support young people in exploring their careers, developing creative collaborations, and promoting social inclusion. Our goal is to make personal growth part of everyday life and to nurture a co-learning community where ideas flourish and people connect.
