| The IIM Intervarsity Undergraduate Practicum Scheme (‘IUPS’ or ‘the Scheme’) is a team- and project-based experiential learning program, providing inter-university interaction and collaborative opportunities to the undergraduates. SEBC supports the programme. Through the Scheme undergraduates from local universities are organized into teams of five each to undertake projects at NGOs or social enterprises for a period of six weeks during summer 2015, to help local organizations explore opportunities and solve problems taking advantage of undergraduates’ talents and innovative ideas. The project team will provide consultation service to the social enterprise, with in-depth problem analysis and practical recommendations in voluntary basis. Formal trainings and guidance will be provided to the student team before on boarding. The process will be supervised by IIM’s Scheme Coordinator and Mentors.
