Anti-epidemic Fund - Retail Sector Subsidy Scheme Opens for Social Enterprises’ Application (Has been closed for application)

• Applicant has to be conducting substantial and substantive retail business at fixed physical and individually operated store in Hong Kong; and
• Meeting the following criteria:
  (a) Listed on the Social Enterprise Directory maintained by HKCSS; or
  (b) Accredited under the Social Enterprise Endorsement (SEE) Mark administered by the Hong Kong General Chamber of Social Enterprises (HKGCSE); or
  (c) Supported by government grants, such as the Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development Fund, Enhancing Self-Reliance Through District Partnership Programme and Enhancing Employment of People with Disabilities through Small Enterprise Project; and
• Commenced business before 1 January 2020 and is still in operation at the time of application.。

• Submit the duly completed application form and all required supporting documents (including Business Registration Certification and/or Certification of tax exemption under section 88 of the Inland Revenue Ordinance) to SEBC between Mar 23 and Apr 12, 2020 via email (sebc@hkcss.org.hk)* or by post (Rm 1002, 10/F., Duke of Windsor Social Service Bldg., 15 Hennessy Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong) for verification of eligibility^. Please also state “Apply for the Anti-epidemic Fund - Retail Sector Subsidy Scheme” on the email subject or envelope.
  *If the attachment exceed 5MB, please upload the attachment to Google Drive or Dropbox and share the link to us, to ensure that HKCSS could receive your application,
  ^To assess the eligibility of the social enterprise retail stores which are listed in the submitted application form, SEBC may request the applicant(s) to provide supplementary information and document(s)
• The HKCSS will submit those verified applications to the Secretariat of the Anti-epidemic Fund for further processing.
